Welcome to School of Rock Waldwick! Thank you for entrusting your child’s musical education to us. We truly feel we have the best jobs in the world! This document explains our policies on payment, lessons, rehearsals, and provides information about how to contact us.

Susan Marlett, Owner/ General Manager: smarlett@schoolofrock.com. Oversees the operations and general running of the entire school and its related activities.

Kurt Haller, Owner/COO & CFO, khaller@schoolofrock.com, Head of Operations and Finance. Oversees operations and financial aspects of the school.

Studio Coordinator: waldwick@schoolofrock.com. Handles scheduling in day-to-day running of the School.

Please know that our lessons run independently from our band schedules. Lessons do not end at the end of a show season. If you wish to stop lessons for an extended period of time School of Rock requires months notice (via email to waldwick@schoolofrock.com) to cancel a lesson plan. When you notify us you are still responsible for all of the following month’s tuition. (School of Rock does not prorate the end of a lesson plan) This information is in the contract/waiver that you signed. We are part of a large franchise and we have to go by the policies they set. School of Rock has already generated the bill for the next month. And we rely on knowing what money will be coming in so we can properly budget and support our staff. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule the end of your lessons.

A 50% refund will be offered on canceled camps up to 15 days prior to the camp start date. Cancellations within 14 days before a camp are not eligible for a refund.
